O Fórum Nacional dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente (FNDCA) reforça a importância do Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo (SINASE), instituído pela Resolução nº 113/2006 e regulamentado pela Lei nº 12.594/2012, como um marco na garantia de direitos dos adolescentes em conflito com a lei. No entanto, após 18 anos, ainda enfrentamos graves violações, superlotação, tortura e falta de acesso a oportunidades reais de reinserção social.
📌 O que precisa mudar?
⚠️ O SINASE deve ser um espaço de proteção e educação, não de repressão! É essencial garantir:
✔️ Atendimento humanizado e sem tortura
✔️ Acesso à educação, cultura e profissionalização
✔️ Inspeções frequentes para evitar violações
✔️ Formação de profissionais qualificados
✔️ Respeito à identidade de gênero e composição familiar
🚨 Reduzir a maioridade penal ou endurecer punições NÃO são soluções! Precisamos fortalecer a rede de proteção, investir em políticas públicas e garantir que adolescentes tenham acesso a direitos antes que entrem no sistema socioeducativo.
